Profile
政治哲学・法哲学・倫理学にまたがる正義論のフィールドで研究しています。特に歴史的不正義論とグローバル正義論に関心があります(部分的に世代間正義論も)。
私の研究全体を統合する問いをおおまかに説明すると、いま私たちが暮らす(グローバル)社会が、様々な不正にまみれた歴史の先端にあるという事実を考慮に入れたとき、私たちのあいだにある権利や義務関係はどのようになるのか、というものです。過去世代の不正に由来する賠償の正当化論(の挫折)や、歴史的に再生産される構造的不正義に対する責任論、M・U・ウォーカーの打ち出している匡正的正義の道徳的関係修復構想の検討などに取り組んでいます。
これまで、程度の差はあれど、以下の議論をフォローしてきました。
- ロールズおよびそれ以降の分配的正義論(特に運の平等主義と関係論的平等主義)
- リバタリアニズムの正義論
- デモクラシー論
- グローバル正義論
援助／救助義務、グローバルな／国際的分配的正義、領有権論、正戦論など。 - 集合的責任論
近年台頭した集団の行為者性group agencyを援用した議論が念頭にあります。 - 世代間正義論および関連する非同一性問題や危害概念の議論
- 差別の倫理学
- 人種正義論
例えばC・W・ミルズ（社会学者のミルズではなく『人種契約』を書いたミルズです）、T・シェルビーらの議論 - 構造的不正義論
→主に、2, 4と部分的に5が「植民地支配と政治的集合体の自己決定」に、1, 2, 4, 6が「歴史的不正義論における権原理論アプローチとその問題」の議論に貢献しています。
目下、特に着目してフォローしようとしている議論は以下です。
- 社会集団の社会存在論
記憶の倫理(たとえばマルガリート)や赦し(J.G. マーフィーやグリズウォルドなど)といった議論の検討も進めたいと思っているのですが、手がつけられていません。
おねがい
特定の社会(諸)集団に対する制度的／構造的な不正義や、個人を超えた主体(国家)が行った不正義の責任を扱おうとすると、社会集団の社会存在論や集団行為者性／共同行為論といった、政治哲学の領域を越えた議論の蓄積を摂取しなければならず、勉強しつつもしばしば途方に暮れております。いろいろご教示いただければと思います。よろしくお願いします。
