    　View Summary

    1)海外リーダーシップ教育拠点の担当者との共同研究=2020年Global Conference, International Leadership Associationでの発表に基づいて ，Gama Perruci教授編著”The Study and Practice of Global Leadership(Building Leadership Bridges), Emerald Publishing”の第9章”Recent Developments in College Leadership Education in Japan”を執筆した(2022年3月出版)．
    2)International Leadership AssociationのGuiding Principles改訂委員になり，共同で最終案を提出した．その過程では打ち合わせは主にzoomで行なった．最終版はpdfで www.ila-net.org からダウンロード可能である．日本の研究者として初めてこの制定・改訂作業に最初に関わったことになる．
    3)国内リーダーシップ教育研究拠点の担当者と共同研究=立教大学・共立女子大学・名古屋大学・名古屋工業大学・桃山学院大学・淑徳大学・甲南女子大学など国内9大学の担当者，および当初計画にあった杉森公一氏(金沢大学，教育工学専攻)と共同で書籍を執筆中(編著)．2022年度に出版予定である． この執筆過程において，もともとアメリカ発であった経験学習的リーダーシップ開発の手法を，各大学の研究者がどのようにカスタマイズしているかが共有できた．
    4) 国内ジャーナル(『日本労働研究雑誌』)への掲載原稿「職場と学校のリーダーシップ開発」の執筆を開始した(2022年度出版予定)．
    5) ビジネス・リサーチ・ラボの伊達洋駆氏との共同研究の結果，リーダーシップ開発の効果を計測するツールのプロトタイプができあがり，年度明けに早稲田大学内での授業で使用するための「ヒトに関する研究」の研究倫理審査プロセスに乗せる予定である．

    早稲田大学を含む日本の三つの大学で，それぞれの大学の校風とも言うべきものに合わせながら学部生対象リーダーシップ開発科目のPDCAサイクルを回してみた結果，共通して(米国大学に比べて)重視する必要があるのは，従来の言葉で言えば学生の最低限度のアサーティブネスの強化であるとこれまで考えてられてきた．ところが，このアサーティブネスは必ずしも個人個人の属性や能力でカバーする(べき)ものではなく，その場その場での心理的安全性が確保されているかどうかに大きく依存し，しかも心理的安全性(Edmondson他)を構築することこそリーダーシップ行動の重要部分である可能性が分かってきた．
