    This paper demonstrates that the risk neutral valuation relationship (RNVR) exists when the aggregate wealth and the underlying variable for derivatives follow a distribution from the family of transformed beta distributions. Specifically, the asset specific pricing kernel (ASPK) is solved for the generalized beta (GB) distribution class, which is extremely flexible to describe various shapes of underlying distributions. With the ASPK in hand, preference free call option formulas are obtained for rescaled and shifted beta distribution of the first kind (RSB1) and for the second kind (RSB2). These distributions include many well known important distributions as special cases. If the preference free formula does not exist under the GB distribution class, then the call price is shown to be numerically calculated without information of preference parameters once the spot price of the underlying is given.

    This paper provides a general valuation method for the European options whose payoff is restricted by curved boundaries contractually set on the underlying asset price process when it follows the geometric Brownian motion. Our result is based on the generalization of the Levy formula on the Brownian motion by T. W. Anderson in sequential analysis. We give the explicit probability formula that the geometric Brownian motion reaches in an interval at the maturity date without hitting either the lower or the upper curved boundaries. Although the general pricing formulae for options with boundaries are expressed as infinite series in the general case, our numerical study suggests that the convergence of the series is rapid. Our results include the formulae for options with a lower boundary by Merton (1973), for path‐dependent options by Goldman, Sossin, and Gatto (1979), and for some corporate securities as special cases.     本研究の主要な目的は、ステークホルダーによる限られたデータ利用を前提とした従来の実証研究に対して、日本の会計研究の強みである社会的な規範研究の蓄積を踏まえ、ビッグデータ利用を前提とした会計理論の研究枠組みを提唱し、会計制度設計に貢献することである。本研究は、AI技術の展開を踏まえビッグデータ環境下の資本市場論という新たな研究領域を開拓し、会計学、金融経済学および情報サイエンスの専門知識を前提としてビックデータ環境の資本市場設計を総合的な観点から研究する

    本年度には、昨年度に引き続き、東日本大震災に関するディスクロジャー行動とその影響をアーカイブとして残すことを目的に、実証的なアプローチによって、東日本大震災のディスクロージャー、東日本大震災が資本市場に及ぼした影響、および東日本大震災が会計行動とガバナンスに及ぼす影響を調査し、取り纏めを行った。東日本大震災のディスクロージャーに関しては、2011年の東京電力福島第1原子力発電所の原子力事故に関する情報開示、東京電力の適時開示の状況および株価形成を調査した。東日本大震災が資本市場に及ぼした影響に関しては、2011年3月11日の東日本大震災発生直後および発生後の株価形成を調査し、研究報告を実施した。また、巨大災害後には市場の不確実性が高くなると予想さるので、決算短信公表後の株価ドリフト(Post Earnings Annoucement Drift)の現象を検証した。東日本大震災が会計行動に及ぼす影響に関しては、業績予想情報の開示と非開示の選択問題を調査した。さらに、巨大災害が中小企業、特にファミリービジネスの経営や存続に及ぼす影響を明らかにするため、事業活動の持続性や配当政策を検証した。定性的アプローチと定量的なアプローチの両面から事実の検証を行った結果、得られた示唆の一つは、常に地震リスクに曝されているわが国では、災害とその復興に対して社会の構成員の合意を形成するために、信頼性と適時性の高いディスクロージャーが不可欠であるということである。東日本大震災直後の資本市場の株価形成および企業の開示行動に関しては、アーカイブをおおむね作成することができた。これまでの研究はおおむね順調に進捗しているので、研究計画に従い、今後の研究を推進する。現段階で計画遂行上の問題点はない
